David Bartram

David Bartram, 74, of Fort Gay, WV went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 15, 2018. David was born November 25, 1943 to the late Claude and Leah Bartram. In addition to his parents, he preceded in death by daughter in law Bernice Bartram; grandson Stephen Bartram; and brothers William Bartram, Daniel Bartram, James Bartram, Dewey Bartram, and Ricky Bartram. Survivors include his wife Mary (Hall) Bartram; children Pamela Jean Bartram, David Claude Bartram II, Thomas Lonnie (Nicole) Bartram, and Wesley Curtis (Patricia) Bartram; grandchildren Monica Marcum, Anthony Fitch, Ronnie Block, Katrina Thomas, Erin Fitch, Kimberly Fitch, Michael Bartram, David Bartram III, Joseph Bartram, Athelena Bartram, Olive Bartram, Bradley Bartram, Quinten Bartram, Alita Bartram, Zander Bartram, and Wesley Bartram, Jr; 10 great grandchildren; and siblings Mary Webb, Julia Kitts, Helen Marcum, Douglas Bartram, Milton Bartram, Walter Bartram, and Mike Bartram; and a host of other relatives and friends. David was an avid beekeeper and loved to play the banjo. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 19, 2018 at 3:00 PM with Brother Frank Copley and Brother Lemmie Little officiating. Burial will follow in the Copley Family Cemetery. Visitation for Mr. David Bartram will be conducted Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home. Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Bartram.
