Dorseen Snow Obituary
Dorseen Snow, 70, of Genoa, WV passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Three Rivers Medical Center surrounded by her family.
Dorseen was born January 20, 1947 in Blackey, Kentucky a daughter of the late Steve Griffie and the Late Drucilla Pratt Griffie Halcomb. Dorseen was a retired laborer for Honda.
In addition to her parents, Dorseen was preceded in death by her step-father, Emery Halcomb.
Survivors include her loving husband, whom she married in September of 1964, Franklin Steward Snow of Genoa, WV; four children, Adena (Kelly Dwiggins) Snow of Genoa, WV; Emery Snow of Genoa, WV; Anna (Johnny Williamson) of Webb, WV; and Tammy (Doug) Beeney of Genoa, WV; three brothers, Dallas Griffie, Steve Griffie Jr., Adrian Halcomb all of Cleveland, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Charles, Steven, Eric, Christy, Kayla, Karla, and Matthew; four great grandchildren, Nikki, CJ, Jackson, and Granger
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, July 15, 2017 at the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mack Ray Cyrus officiating. Burial will follow at the Snow Cemetery, Genoa, WV.. Visitation will be held 6:00 - 9:00 PM Friday, July 14, 2017 at Young Funeral Home Chapel
