Myrtle Maloney Obituary
Myrtle Faye Reynolds-Maloney, a devout Christian, went to be with her Savior on March 13, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Shade and Della Boatright-Reynolds, her husband Pryce Maloney, Jr. and her brothers Arthur Glen, Warren G. and Edward Eugene Reynolds.
She is survived by two daughters Susan Dale (Chris) Humphrey of Lexington, KY and Beth Ann (Rob) Roane of Richmond, KY, a sister Lois Ann Farler of London, Ohio and a brother William Keithel Reynolds of Richmond, KY. Also, three grandchildren Anna Caroline Humphry, Adam Cole Humphrey and Andrew Wesley (April) Mills.
Myrt was a retired bookkeeper for the Lawrence County Board of Education and an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Louisa.
Visitation will be at the First United Methodist Church from 5-8 pm on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Her funeral service will be on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 10:00 am at the church with Rev. Ray Payne and Dick Humphrey officiating burial will follow at the Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, KY at 1:30 pm.
Pallbearers for Mrs. Maloney will be Andrew Mills, Adam Humphrey, Chris Humphrey, Rob Roane, Shannon Preece and Ron Cordle.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to The First United Methodist Church, 202 W. Main St., Louisa, Ky., 41230 or The Compassionate Care Center, 350 Isaacs Lane, Richmond, Ky., 40475
