Bobby Patton

Bobby Patton, 85, of Louisa, Kentucky died July 2, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV.  Bobby was born in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Lon and Crilda Crabtree Patton. He was formerly a resident of Chesapeake, Virginia.  Bobby retired from the Navy after 21 years of service and also retired from Norfolk International Transit in Norfolk,Virginia. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Iva Jane Patton; brothers and sisters Lon, Cecil, John Tom, Harry Gilbert Patton, Mary Moore, Dorothy Speckman, Emma Sue Patton, Laura Mae Rissmiller, Nancy Lemaster, and Peggy Joyce Patton; stepson Johnny Perry and step granddaughter Marinda Perry.

Surviving are his wife Wanda Perry Patton of Louisa, Kentucky; daughter Barbara (Billy) Redden of Baldwyn, Mississippi; five sons Robert (Tyann) Patton, Steve (Beverly) Patton, Danny (Tammy) Patton of Suffolk, Virginia, Gary (Cindy) Patton of Glenn Allen, Virginia and Timmy Patton (Cris) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; step-children Jimmy (Lynn) Perry, Patricia (Rick) Pannell and Pam (Jim Bob) Isaac of Louisa, Kentucky; grandchildren and great grandchildren Steven (Kristy), Jadyn and Landon Patton, Melissa (Josh), Caleb and Cassidy Davis, Robbie (Rachel), Molly and Julie Patton, Sarah and Jake Patton, JR and Jesse Patton; Step-grandchildren and Step-great grandchildren Rickey (Julia) and Corrin Pannell, Brandon (Crissy), Bryce and Mia Pannell, Brittany Pannell, Jennifer (Tommy) Burns, Michele (Chris), Cameron and Abigail Robinson, LaDonna (Matthew), Elijah, Gabriel, Luke Blackburn, James Curtis (Breanna) Isaac, Andrew (Kayla), Gabriel and Kynleigh Perry, Jessica Perry; Sisters Joanne Wright of Texas, Carol Johnson of Michigan, Betty Daniel of Ohio; and a sister-in-law Judy Patton of Ohio.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the Young Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Graveside services will be Monday, July 9, 2018 at 1:00 PM in the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Chesapeake, Virginia. 

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Patton.
