Brian Frizelle Weems

Brian Weems, 41,  of Lexington, KY went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. Brian was born on May 30, 1978 in Huntington, WV to Lester and Kathy (Daniels) Weems. 

Brian loved to swim and play tennis. He was always cracking jokes and laughing. You never saw him without a smile on his face. Brian loved to dance and loved music, especially jazz. He loved animals and people. 

Brian is survived by his parents Kathy Weems and Lester Weems; grandmother Dorothy Booker; Aunts and Uncles Angela Tomlinson, Melissa Quarterman, Michael Daniels, Tom (Patricia) Weems, Ken (Arlene) Weems, Ernest Weems, Brenda (John) Brown, Jerry (Sharyn) Weems, Eddie Weems, Verelyn Weems, and Cheryl (Paul) Galloway; and cousins Christopher Quarterman, Randa Johnson, and John Michael Tomlinson; and a host of cousins on the Weems side of his family. 

Brian was preceded in death by his grandparents Randy Booker and John and Minnie Weems. 

Funeral services for Brian will be conducted Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 1:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Burlington with Bishop Gary Edwards officiating. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from noon until time of service at First Baptist Church of Burlington.
