Rebecca Lou (McKinzie) Rucker

Rebecca L. Rucker 61, of Barboursville, WV formerly of Fort Gay, WV died Sunday, September 16, 2018 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV.  Rebecca was born June 7, 1957 in Shelby, Ohio to Roger Lee and Alta Lou (Perry) McKinzie. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband Tim Rucker; daughters Courtney Ellen (Mark) Rosenberg and McKinzie Erin Rucker; grandchildren Jenna McKinzie Dau, Zackary Xavier Dau and Alexandria Rucker Pierson; and sisters Rhonda Dotson, Athena Copley and Margaret McKinzie. 

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Tim Preston officiating. Burial will follow in the Webbville Community Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home. 

In lieu of the flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Johns Hopkins Autoimmune Disease Research Center.
