Larry Hardwick Obituary

Larry Wray Hardwick, 76, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at his home in Louisa. He was born December 10, 1940, in Louisa, the son of the late George Hubert and Maude Ellen Vaughan Hardwick. Larry was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Wayne Hardwick and Don Harold Hardwick. Surviving are his wife, Thelma Lee Slone Hardwick; three daughters, Mrs Valarie Maynard (Brad), Mrs Vanessa Pfeiffer (Brett), and Mrs Valetta Browne (Wesley); brother- in- law and sister- in- law, Eddie A. and Sandy Slone; special nephew and niece, Brian Slone (Layla) and Jennifer Slone; and six beloved grandchildren, Logan A. (Alex) Hardin, Rachel Hardin, Barrett Browne, Slone Pfeiffer, Aiden Pfeiffer, and Grady Browne.
Friends may call 6:00 until 9:00 PM, Friday, June 30, 2017 at Young Funeral Home Chapel, with funeral services at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 1, 2017, At Young Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
