Lovonda Vanhorn Obituary

Lovonda Sue Vanhorn, 53, of Lowmansville, KY died Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the Ashland Community Hospice House. She was born August 11, 1964 in Boyd County Kentucky to the late James Edward and Patricia Ann Debord Vanhorn. Survivors include her companion Clinton Jude Jr. of Paintsville, KY, her daughter Belinda Vanhorn also of Paintsville, KY, a sister Judy Charles, two brothers James O. Vanhorn and Edward D. Vanhorn. Additional survivors include a special brother in law Thomas Charles, 6 grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Benjamin Vanhorn and one sister, Virginia Vanhorn. Ms, Vanhorn was a member of the Smith's Chapel Church. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Services will be conducted at 2pm Friday at the Vanhorn Family Cemetery with Bro. Noah Robertson and Bro. Kenny Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at the cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Young Funeral Home in Louisa.
