Paul H Wellman

Paul H. Wellman, passed away August 1, 2017. Paul was born December 24, 1921 in Lawrence County, Kentucky the son of the late Lonzo and Maude Cooper Wellman. He served in the Armed Forces in World War II from 1941 - 1945. He was married to Wandine Cain Wellman for 55 years and she preceded him in death in 1998. They had 4 children, Paula Jean (Fred) Johnson of Quitman, Ark.; Pauline (Rex) Music of Webbville, Ky.; William Paul Wellman (Sylvia) of Webbville, Ky.; Ralph Wellman (Anna Marie) of Webbville, Ky. Brothers, Ralph Wellman of Dayton, Ohio; Lowell (Phyllis) Wellman of Columbus, Ohio; Carl (Debbie) Wellman of Marysville, Ohio; sister, Joy Spillman of Grove City, Ohio.
In addition to his parents his son William Paul Wellman preceded him in death in 2008 at the age of 59 years.
Paul had 14 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Friday, August 4, 2017 at Young Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Boggs officiating. Burial will follow at Yatesville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Young Funeral Home.
