Anna "Dottie" Mae (Smith) Bowen

Anna Mae "Dottie" Bowen, 75, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 28, 2020 at her home. Dottie was born August 13, 1945 in Wayne County, WV to the late Fred and Maggie (Walker) Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Wesley "Tiny" Bowen; granddaughter Jessica Bowen; sisters Beulah York, Lucille Rhodes, and Ruby Sabo; and brothers Cecil Smith, Fred Smith, Jr., Howard Smith, and Bobby Smith. 

Survivors include her son and daughter in law Johnny and Rachel Bowen; grandchildren Johnny W. (Rachel) Bowen, Dustyn Chambers and Adrianna Mounts; great grandchildren Alaina, Patricia, Charlie, Lukas, Chailey and Chaiden; and sister and caretaker Betty Hale. 

Funeral services for Dottie will be conducted Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 12:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rudy Crockett officiating. Burial will follow in the Robertson Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 10:00AM until time of service.
