Bennie Jarrell McKinnon

Bennie McKinnon, 57, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 19, 2022. Bennie was born March 17, 1964 in Lawrence County, KY to the late Jimmy and Roberta (Laney) McKinnon. In addition to his parents, Bennie was preceded in death by his sisters Mable Jude, Brenda Johnson and Lois Davis and brothers Alfred Moore, Jerry Moore, and Harm Allen Moore. 

Survivors include his wife Linda Lou McKinnon; children Bennie (Christina) McKinnon Jr., Jackie Lee Meadows, and Jack Lee (Desirae) Meadows III; grandchildren Morgan McKinnon, Willie McKinnon, Corbin McKinnon, Madison McKinnon, Roberta McKinnon, Christopher McKinnon, and Bentlee Meadows; sisters Edith Spradlin, Darlene Meade, and Francis Meade; and brothers Jack Ray McKinnon and Timmy Moore. 

Funeral services will be conducted Friday,  February 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM with Brother Dock Maynard and Brother Ronnie Ratliff officiating.  Burial will follow in the Moore Cemetery.  Friends may visit the family Wednesday,  February 23 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Thursday,  February 24 from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.  

Donations to help offset funeral expenses may be made online or at the funeral home. 

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. McKinnon and his family.
