David Lee Horn

David L. Horn, 50, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 12, 2023 at Three Rivers Medical Center. David was born April 17, 1973 to Donald and Kathren (Branham) Horn. 

David was a retired truck driver. He loved his kids and his family very much. David would help anyone and was one of the best people to know. He was a handyman and loved to work on things. 

David was preceded in death by his father Donald Lee Horn. 

Survivors include his loving wife of 22 years Nicole Horn; mother Kathren Horn; children Devan Horn, Kendra Horn, and Alyssa Williams; one granddaughter on the way; and siblings Mary Moreno, Donald Horn, Tamitha Horn, Billie Horn, and Bessie Horn. 

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses. 

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 16, 2023 at 1:00 PM at New Friendship Church with Pastor Michael Horn officiating. Burial will follow in the Horn Family Cemetery. Friends may visit the family Thursday, June 15, 2023 after 5:00 PM at New Friendship Church.
