Doris A. Kitts, 79, of Fort Gay, W.V. passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. She was born May 9, 1934 in Fort Gay, W.V. a daughter of the late Fred and Willie Belle Moore Parsons. She was a homemaker, and was a member of Old Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church and a member of Eastern Star. Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, Frank Kitts of Fort Gay, W.V.; children, Lee "Regina" Kitts, Norman Frank "Lisa" Kitts, Hattie "J.D." Marcum, Willa "Eugene" Salmons all of Fort Gay, W.V.; Sid "Mary" Kitts of Louisa, Ky.; Kathy "Herman" Crabtree of Fort Gay, W.V.; Daniel "Karla" Marcum of Fort Gay, W.V.; brother, Fred "Katherine" Parsons of Fort Gay, W.V.; 11 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Young Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 til 9:00 PM Friday at Young Funeral Home Chapel.
