Edgar Withrow Tingler, Jr. 56, of Louisa, KY. passed away Friday, December 20, 2013 at his home. He was born January 4, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland, a son of the late Edgar Withrow Tingler, Sr. and Madeline Varney Setser. He was a laborer for Special Metals and a Army veteran and member of the American Legion post in Kenova, WV. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 3 brothers; Ben Amos, Garrett Keith Amos and Earl Tingler and one granddaughter; Kaisley Lynae Meddings. Surviving is two daughters; Jessica Lynn and Steven Meddings of Catlettsburg, KY. and Jenae Nicole and Jarrod VanHoose of Louisa, KY. Grandchildren; Kaylynn Nicole Meddings, Steven Kyle Meddings, Jenna Marie VanHoose, and Jacob Allen VanHoose. Funeral services will be 2pm Monday, December 23, 2013 at Young Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Richard Maynard officiating. Visitation will be 11am till time of services on Monday. Burial will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Louisa, KY. Young Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
