Mae Louise Wheeler

Mae Louise Wheeler, 82, of Blaine, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 16, 2021 at her home. Mae was born August 1, 1939 in Lawrence County to the late Troy and Nina (Craft) Wheeler. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings Harold, Francis, Earl, Ida, Elmer, Dorcey, and Dorsaleen. 

Mae was a loving mother and caretaker of all animals, and she especially loved Precious #1 and Precious #2.  "Mother Nature" was very knowledgeable and loved flowers and gardening. She also loved Bluegrass Music. 

Survivors include her children Victor Stewart (Jeaneen) Moore of Chillicothe, OH, Vaughn Shannon (Margaret) Moore of Blaine, KY, Anita Louise (Rick) Kelly of West Liberty, KY, and Vicki Lynn (Monroe) McKenzie of Ulyssses, KY; grandchildren Tiffany, Joey, Joshua, Brandon, Elizabeth, Kayla, Chris, Dakota, Nick, and Lorenzo; great grandchildren Brenden, Gracie Jo, Corey, Faith Marie, Julianne, Joshua, Nate, Rose, Kyleigh, Hayden, Kinsley, Kyler, Ramsey, and Jaiden; a special nephew Mark Wheeler; and several other relatives and friends. 

Graveside funeral services will be conducted Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 1:00 PM at T.D. Wheeler Cemetery with Brother Jim McKenzie officiating. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home. 

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Ms. Copley and her family.
