Paul Moore

Mr. Paul Moore, of Louisa, Kentucky passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at the age of 81. 

Paul was the son of Herbert and Cynthia Moore, born on August 24, 1941 in Lawrence County, Kentucky and was the youngest of six children. Paul worked for over 30 years in the custodial department for Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, Kentucky. In addition to Three Rivers Medical Center, he also worked at the County Extension Office and the Humane Society. Paul was a member of First Baptist Church of Louisa. 

Paul is survived by his wife Brenda Moore, of Louisa, Kentucky and sister Dorothy Hembree of Columbus, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Cynthia Moore; brothers Cecil (Helen) Moore, Bill (Nolan) Moore, and James Moore; and sister Hattie Moore. 

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Norman Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Friday, August 18, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home.
