Obituary

Richard Lewis, 67, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 28, 2022. Richard was born December 17, 1954 in Winchester, KY, a son to the late Dr. H. Bernal and Lovena (Well) Lewis. 

Richard retired from Kentucky Power as a plant operator. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Louisa. 

Survivors include his daughter and son in law Kyla Nicole and Michael Shane Ward; grandchildren Tanner D. Castle and Kenlie Rae Click; and the mother of his daughter Karen Lewis. 

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chuck Price officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 11:00 AM until time of service in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
