William H. Chafin, 76, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at his home. William was born August 2, 1945 in Williamson, WV to the late Luther Wilson and Lillian Jeanetta (Diehl) Chafin.
William was a machine operator. He loved his family and friends.
William was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Freddy Chafin, Richard Chafin and Tommy Chafin.
Survivors include the mother of his children Beverly Evans; seven children Eddie (Janice) Chafin, Melissa Chafin, Catrina (Herbert) Caudill, Robert Chafin, Lillian (Adam) Perry, Mary (Jonathon) Kelley, Jennifer (Michael) Zahner, and William Chafin; brothers Luther Chafin, Phillip Chafin, Bobby Chafin, and Lewis Chafin; sisters Diane Chafin and Doris Chafin; 22 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Chafin and his family.
